(1) Destinations
srzcia.com ships internationally where carriers and local regulations allow. If your destination is not available at checkout, we currently cannot ship there due to carrier restrictions, remote-area limits, sanctions, or safety events.
(2) Processing Time
Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Bedding items may require additional packing time due to size/volume.

Transit time starts after the carrier receives your package. Times below are estimates, not guarantees.

- Remote area surcharge: may apply for certain postcodes/regions.
(5) Split Shipments & Packaging
Bedding-specific note: Duvets, duvet inserts, comforters, and pillows may ship vacuum-packed to reduce volume. After opening, items may need 24-72 hours to fully regain loft. Large orders may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.
