Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier delivery confirmation). Returns must be authorized before sending items back.

Packaging: original, sealed where applicable

(1) Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused & unwashed: no signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or pet hair.
  • Original condition: no damage caused by misuse or improper care.
  • Original packaging: include all packaging, inserts, and labels. If the item was sealed for hygiene, the seal must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase: order number from srzcia.com.
Bedding note: For hygiene reasons, some bedding items are restricted once opened or used (see "Non-Returnable" Items-.

(2) Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene / Final Sale)

Important: The following are typically non-returnable unless defective or wrong item shipped:
  • Used or washed bedding items of any kind.
  • Opened/seal-broken items sold in hygienic sealed packaging (e.g., pillows, duvet inserts, mattress protectors) where applicable.
  • Final sale / clearance items marked "Final Sale"or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and store credit.

Local consumer protection laws may provide mandatory rights that override certain restrictions.

(3) How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@srzcia.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Tell us the reason. For defects/damage/wrong items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We'll send Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions (including return address and any required customs forms).
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.

Do not send returns without authorization—unapproved packages may be refused or delayed.

(4) Return Shipping Costs

For international returns, you may need to complete customs declarations. Import duties/taxes paid to your local authorities are typically non-refundable by us. You may be able to apply to your customs authority for a refund depending on local rules.

(5) Refunds

  • Inspection: refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Timing: typically 5-10 business days after inspection (bank posting may take longer).
  • Method: original payment method when possible; otherwise store credit may be offered.
  • Partial refunds: may apply if items are returned in unacceptable condition (missing packaging, stains, odors).

(6) Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for missing/wrong/damaged items. Include photos of outer packaging, shipping label, and item(s).
