There are 9 thickness settings on this roller machine which gives you so many options when rolling out your paste. Save your hands all the trouble To use machine for rolling flower paste thinly, flatten the paste by hand or a rolling pin to a thickness slightly greater than Setting #1. Fold and roll the paste until it is soft and pliable. Do not force excessively thick or stiff pieces of paste through the machine as this may cause damage to gears or rollers. To create thin sheets of paste, use progressively thinner settings. DO NOT attempt to roll your paste at settings that are significantly thinner than thickness of paste. To change settings on machine, pull out numbered knob and turn to the desired number. Release the knob to lock in place.
