The Akiles MegaBind-2 comb binding machine has heavy-duty construction and professional-quality features, with the added flexibility of a built-in wire closer for binding with Spiral-O wires. The MegaBind-2 has a powerful manual punch that is capable of punching up to 25 sheets at a time (based on 20 lb. paper) and has a maximum punching length of 14". This model has 24 fully-disengageable pins, which enable it to punch a variety of paper sizes and specialty paper types (such as three-hole punched paper). The MegaBind-2 can bind documents up to 2" in thickness with plastic combs and up to 9/16" with Spiral-O wires (which are specially-designed to utilize the same 19-hole punch pattern as combs). The side margin and depth margin are both adjustable, which helps to ensure that you achieve a consistent and professional result on every project. The MegaBind-2 is compatible with all standard 19-ring binding combs and 19-loop Spiral-O wires.
